What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you fill in the contact form or the audit request form, that may include your name, email address, website, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your timeline and rough budget, and any message you write. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and please do not send patient information or other confidential material through these forms.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Formspree processes our website form submissions and forwards them to our email. Your submission passes through Formspree's systems, which are operated outside Malaysia. See Formspree's own privacy policy for details.
Netlify hosts this website and may process standard technical request data (such as IP address) as part of serving pages.
Google Fonts is used to load the site's fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers.

We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, after which we delete or archive it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask to access the information you have given us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email purpleplayhouse.ppsb@gmail.com.
